Terms of use

These terms cover your use of DIY Durango, a step-by-step marketing course operated by Animas Marketing. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the course.

Your account

• Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per business owner. Tell us if you think someone else has access to yours.

What the course is

The course teaches you how to do your own local marketing and checks your work where it can. It is educational guidance, not a guarantee of any particular ranking, traffic level, or business result — search engines and directories are outside anyone's control.

Fair use

• Use the course for your own business.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the lesson content.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not connect accounts or websites you are not authorised to manage.

Connected accounts

When you connect Google or add your website, you confirm you are allowed to do so. You can disconnect at any time from My Business, and disconnecting stops any further checks against that account.

Content and ownership

The lessons, checklists, and course materials belong to Animas Marketing and its licensors. Your business information, your website, and your Google accounts remain yours.

Availability

We work to keep the course available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We may update lessons, change features, or pause the service for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, Animas Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the course.

Ending your access

You can stop using the course and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the course after a change means you accept the updated terms.
