Questions about plans
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel online in Account → Manage plan, in one step. There are no contracts and no phone calls. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period you already paid for.
- What counts as a tracked search?
- A tracked search is a Google search you want us to keep an eye on, like “plumber in Durango”. We check where your business shows up for it and tell you when it moves. You pick them yourself, and you can swap one for another any time. Your full list of Google searches stays visible on every plan.
- Does it work on the iPhone app?
- Yes. Sign in to the DIY Durango iPhone app with the same email and your plan shows up there too. You choose and manage your plan here on the website.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans renew each month (or each year, if you choose yearly) until you cancel. Switch between Plus and Pro, or back to Free, whenever you like.
