Things change online — a listing gets edited, a page is removed, hours go out of date. When the app's regular re-check finds that something you completed has drifted, the lesson shows up on Home under Things change — these need a quick refresh.
Open the lesson, fix what changed, and run the check again. You keep the points you already earned, and fixing it earns extra maintenance points.
