Some lessons check themselves; others you confirm.
Every lesson ends with one of two kinds of check:
- Automatic check — the app looks at your connected Google account or your website to confirm the work is really done (for example, that your Google Business Profile is claimed). These need your website added and/or Google connected on My Business.
- Confirm when done — for work the app cannot see (like printing a review card), you confirm it yourself once every step is ticked.
If an automatic check does not pass yet, it tells you what it found. Some changes (especially on Google) can take a few hours or days to show up — try again later. The app also re-checks your completed work in the background about once a day and marks lessons done when they pass.
